Once your application has been reviewed and approved, the RIBCCDP will register you with ISO Quality
Testing, Inc. Upon completion of the RIBCCDP registration, ISO Quality Testing, Inc. will automatically send
you an email from registrations@isoqualitytesting.com. You will use this email to schedule your IC&RC
exam.
It is important to check your spam filters for this important email. Registration emails may be missed if you
do not do this. It is helpful to provide the RIBCCDP with your home email address instead of a work email
address, as spam filters are usually set lower on home accounts. Step by Step directions are available on
our website and a Candidate Registration Guide will be emailed directly to you by the RIBCCDP.
You will receive a Username and Password to utilize on ISO Quality Testing, inc. website to schedule your
exam. After logging into the IQT website, please follow the on-screen instructions for scheduling an
appointment. Please note that you must test within 90 days of receiving the email from ISO Quality Testing,
Inc.
Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: If you fail to show up for your examination at the scheduled time, do not
have the proper identification, or do not have your admission document, you will not be allowed to sit for
your exam. You will be considered a 'No-Show', your examination fees will be forfeited, and you will be
required to re-register and pay all fees to the RIBCCDP prior to sitting for the exam. However, if an issue
arises that prohibits you from making it to your scheduled exam, you may reschedule prior to (5) calendar
days before your scheduled exam date. You will be required to pay a rescheduling fee to process your
request. If it is less than (5) calendar days, you will not be allowed to cancel or reschedule your exam
unless one of the following 3 situations has occurred: Death in the immediate family, Military Deployment,
or Sickness
Candidates will be required to show a current and valid government-issued photo ID and their Admission
Letter. The address on the candidates’ certification application must match the address on their driver’s
license. Candidates will have three hours to complete the ADC, PS, CCJP, CCDP, or CS exam. Candidates
taking the AADC exam will have four hours.
After the candidate completes the exam, they will receive preliminary scores. The preliminary scores will
clearly state that scores are not official until they are sent out by their local IC&RC Member Board. The
RIBCCDP will send official score reports along with certificate awarded within 10 days.
Candidates are required to arrive on time for their exam. Candidates who arrive late will not be permitted to
test and will be charged the $125 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee.
Someone who cancels less than four days prior to their exam date, including the day of the exam, must pay
a No Show/Late Cancellation Fee of $125. The regular Cancellation/Reschedule Fee of $25 applies to
anyone who cancels five or more days before their scheduled time. These fees MUST be paid to the
RIBCCDP before the Board will re-register you with ISO Quality Testing, Inc. so that you can reschedule your
examination.
For example: If Dylan is scheduled for testing on the 14th, and he cancelled between the 11th and the 14th,
he is considered a "Late Cancellation." These are considered days one through four, so the $125 No
Show/Late Cancellation Fee would be applied. If he cancelled on the 10th or before, he is considered a
“Regular Cancellation.” These are considered days five or more before the scheduled date, so the Regular
Cancellation Fee would be $25. IQT will waive the No Show/Late Cancellation Fee for the following
reasons: illness of candidate and/or immediate family member, death of immediate family member, or
military deployment.
Proof must be faxed to SMT, and if the candidate fails to provide proof within the time frame
allotted, IQT will charge the No Show/Cancellation Fee of $125. Acceptable forms of proof are:
a doctor's note, copy of an obituary or death certificate, copy of deployment papers.
