PLEASE NOTE:

Licensed Chemical Dependency Professionals & Licensed Chemical
Dependency Clinical Supervisors

While all Licenses expire on October 1, 2008,  LCDP's and LCDCS's
have an individual specific deadline dates in which they need to
submit required continuing education.
Once your Requalification
documentation has been approved, you will be notified and will
receive your New License automatically in October  2008, October
2010, etc.

Prior to licensing, ACDP II's, ACDP's and CDCS's  had expiration
dates for their certification.  All continuing education needed to be
submitted sixty (60) days prior to that expiration date.  We continue
to use these dates for submission of CEU's or requalification of
your License.

The RIBCCDP will send out notices to Professionals three (3)
months prior to their deadline date.  Included with this notification
will be a Requalification Manual. Included in your Requalification
fee is your Relicensing fee.  *You will NOT be required to pay any
additional fees for your New License.

If you do not submit your continuing education by the deadline
date, you will be notified that your License is INACTIVE and will not
be activated until you submit the required continuing education
and fees.

ALL Licensed and Certified individuals may view their deadline for
submission of CEU's by clicking here.

*For each FIRST requalification, professionals will have to pay an
additional
one time fee of $50  in September of 2008.  When an
individual initially applies for Licensure they pay a $50 fee for their
license.  The $50 relicensure fee is NOT included in the inititial
application fee.
