-ACDP II/ACDP,CDCS application                    $200.00

-CPS, ACPS, CPSS, CCJP application
CCDP-D, CCDP, SAC                                         $200.00

-HIV/AIDS & Viral Hepatitis Endorsement      $ 75.00
( For Existing Certified Prevention Specialists ONLY )

-Upgrades to higher levels                            $150.00

-Recertifications (every two (2) years)         $215.00  (ALL CERTIFICATIONS)

-RCS requalification (every two (2) years)    $125.00
This is if you are NOT an ACDP II/ACDP or CDCS

-Additional credential                                                   $125.00
If you hold two separate credentials (ACDPII/ACDP/LCDCS/CDP/CPS and CCJP) your second credential
recertification fee will be $125.00.
